Different Technologies are available to integrate systems and devices, and achieve the desired results.

OPC
- (Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control) –The standard specifies the communication of real-time plant data between control devices from different manufacturers. There are drivers for communication between different manufacturers’ systems. This technology is server-client based.

WIRELESS – Solutions for replacing expensive wiring and cost avoidance are available for new and existing projects and applications. Alarm Monitoring using mobile devices is also available.

PLC Control – PLCs are used in many control systems replacing relays and taking on automation tasks. The programmable logic controllers have been evolving greatly since their invention almost 50 years ago.

PID Control -
A proportional–integral–derivative controller (PID controller) is a generic control loopfeedback mechanism (controller) widely used in industrial control systems. A PID controller attempts to correct the error between a measured process variable and a desired setpoint by calculating and then outputting a corrective action that can adjust the process accordingly.

Fuzzy Logic -
Fuzzy logic is a form of multi-valued logicfuzzy set theory to deal with reasoning that is approximate rather than precise. Just as in fuzzy set theoryset membership values can range (inclusively) between 0 and 1, in fuzzy logic the degree of truth of a statement can range between 0 and 1 and is not constrained to the two truth values {true, false} as in classic predicate logic.
